Mark David Sullivan, age 48, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, February 12, 2019. Mark was born July 16, 1970 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Mary (Gentile) Sullivan and William Michael "Mike" Sullivan. Mark earned his bachelor's degree from IU and enjoyed his career in sales. He enjoyed sports including playing basketball in his younger years and more recently coaching his son's flag football team. He was a fan of Notre Dame, the Pacers, and the Colts. Mark liked to spend time outdoors with his favorite places being the beach or on a cruise. Most importantly, he was a loving father, son, and brother who will be fondly remembered and dearly missed.
Mark is survived by his daughters, Marrina Vannarath and Keely Sullivan; son, Parker Sullivan; mother, Mary (Gentile) Sullivan; brother, Mike Sullivan; sister, Angie Pumper (Jim); and mother of his children, Amanda Sullivan.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, William Michael "Mike" Sullivan.
A visitation for Mark will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at St Pius X Catholic Church, 7200 Sarto Drive, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240. A Mass of Christian burial will occur Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 1:00 PM, at the church with entombment to follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Indianapolis, Indiana.
