Julie Vivirito

Julie Vivirito, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2023.

Born on January 27, 1959, Julie was a lifelong resident of Indianapolis.

She was a respected mortgage banker for over thirty years, most recently the Vice President, Operations Manager of Correspondent Lending at Freedom Mortgage. She was a charter member and past president of the Indianapolis Mortgage Banking Women and served on the board of the Indianapolis Mortgage Bankers.

The glue that held everyone together, Julie is survived by her loving family and a wide circle of friends who will forever miss her warm smile and comforting presence. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire and guide those who were fortunate enough to know her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Joan Fitch and her father-in-law Frank Vivirito. She is survived by her husband Paul Vivirito, daughter Tiffany (Matthew) Kless, grandsons Aiden and Connor Kless, and a granddaughter due to join the family in November, sister Jamie (Chuck) Goodhard, sister-in-law Diane (Dan) Colpo, and brothers-in-law Dave, Don (Wendy) and Mike Vivirito. Survivors also include nieces and nephews Laura and Amanda Goodhard, David Colpo, Ryan and Tori Vivirito, and mother-in-law Betty Vivirito and her beloved dog Cubby.

Visitation will be from 11:00-1:00 on Saturday, September 23 at Leppert Mortuary and Crematory, 740 E. 86th Street. A memorial service to celebrate Julie's life will be held at 1:00 immediately following visitation.

Julie asked that attire be casual—no suits. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Schwarz Cancer Center, 11645 N. Illinois Street, Carmel, IN 46032 in Julie's memory.

Julie's passing leaves a void in our hearts that can never be filled, but her memory will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those she touched.

A visitation for Julie will be held Saturday, September 23, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Leppert Mortuaries – Nora, 740 East 86th St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46240, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 PM.
