James David Sweeney

Age 79, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021. He grew up in Hymera, Indiana. Most of his adult life was lived in Indianapolis, working as an insurance agent. Jim is survived by his wife Juanita and three children; daughter Julie (Richard III) French, sons; John (Danielle) and James II (Mary), a brother Frank, 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was a Army veteran, a member of the American Legion in Brownsburg, IN and a member of the Millersville Masonic Lodge. Jim enjoyed boating, fishing, reading and was a proud patriot of the United States. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 11 a.m., at Crown Hill Funeral Home, with graveside services at 12 p.m., at Crown Hill Cemetery. The family is requesting in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Wounded Warriors.
