Eunice M Johnson

She received her education from Indianapolis Public School #37 and Crispus Attucks High School.

Eunice was a member of South Calvary Baptist Church for over 40 years before becoming a member of Nu Corinthian Baptist Church.

She worked many years as a cosmetologist and enjoyed writing poems, stories and gospel plays some were preformed at her church. She also loved bowling, fishing, painting and watching the Pacers play.

Eunice passed away on "Resurrection Sunday", April 21, 2019 at 79 years of age. Preceding her in death was her husband of 61 years - LeeRoy Johnson, daughter - Karen Mitchell and two grandchildren.

Left to cherish her memory are three daughters - Cathy Johnson Massie, Patricia Love and Peggy Johnson, many grandchildren including Jason Johnson Sr. (LaShawnda) whom helped her greatly in her later years, 27 great- grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and sisters Helen M. Taylor, Brenda Taylor White, Glenda Taylor-Maull (Cherice), a brother Phillip Taylor, many nephews, nieces, one aunt - Minta Knox whom she adored, a host of cousins, church family and friends.
