Ella Maxine Phelps, age 77, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday October 15, 2019. Ella was born July 1, 1942. Funeral Service for Ella will be held, 12:00 pm, Friday, October 25, 2019, at Overcoming Church, 2203 Columbus Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation from, 10:00 am until time of service at 12 pm, all taking place at the Church. Burial of the Cremains will follow at Floral Park Cemetery, 425 North Holt Road, Indianapolis, Indiana.
