Dominique Nicole Booker, age 34, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Dominique was born July 12, 1987.
Service for Dominique will be held, 12:00 pm, Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Take Time And Pray Church, (Shepard Pathway), 5353 E. Raymond Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, with visitation held from 10:00 am until time of service at 12:00 pm, all taken place at the Church.
Interment will follow at New Crown Cemetery, 2101 Churchman Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana.
