Raymond Jacob Sebastian

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Raymond Sebastian on November 9, 2019. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in Sacred Heart R.C. Church Lebret, Saskatchewan by Rev. Adelberto (Bert) Lillo.

Raymond was predeceased by parents; Joseph and Mary Sebastian, brothers: Engelbert, Leo and Jerry Sebastian, in-laws: Lucien and Evelyn Coupal, Max and Ida Weimer and Lucas Dreher. Raymond leaves behind his loving family his wife of 54 years Kathy; daughter Michelle and son-in-law Gary Knaus and grandchildren Mitchel and Jillian, daughter Adele and son-in-law Doug Richardson and grandchildren Liam (fiancé Paige Goertzen) and Landen, siblings Lorraine (George) Luster, Eileen (Leo) Rissling, Ron (Marge) Sebastian, Lorreta Gilmore, Rita Lachambre and sister-in-law Roberta Dreher.

Raymond lived on the farm near Kendal, Saskatchewan for 65 years before moving to Katepwa Lake 14 years ago. He enjoyed looking after his livestock until he exchanged them for his birds, garden, fishing and grandchildren.

He will be remembered for his meticulous shop, garden and yard, his fishing skills and for his love of his friends and family, especially his grandkids. He will be greatly missed but we will cherish our fond memories of the time we had with him.
