Scott Iiles Taylor, aged 58, passed away on April 21, 2024 in Madison, Al. He was born on April 27,1965 in Fort Benning, GA to Roy & Marjorie Taylor. He was preceded in death by sister, Laura Hairell and 2 brothers, Zach Taylor & Alex Taylor, and also his eldest daughter Brandy Taylor.
He is survived by his youngest sister Nannette Certain aged 68 which resides in Hazel Green, Al. Scott is also survived by his youngest daughter Erin Lugo aged 37, son-in-law Thomas Lugo aged 44, and granddaughters Addeysen Lugo aged 14, and Bristal Lugo aged 12,that reside in Plant City, Fl.
Scott was a loving father to his daughter and doting Paw-Paw to his only two granddaughters. Scott shared his love for horses with daughter Erin growing up and later shared that same passion with his granddaughters. He taught Bristal the value of integrity and horsemanship. Scott also was a supportive Pawpaw to Addeysen throughout her gymnastics journey from age 2 and helped pushed Addeysen to reach for her dreams and instilled a strong work ethic. He loved his granddaughters fiercely. He never missed an opportunity to support them and was always their biggest fan. Scott was proud to call Thomas his son in law and loved how Thomas took care of his family. Scott's love and dedication to his family will be truly missed.
Happy trails Dad and Paw-Paw! The family laid Scott to rest, in a private ceremony, on Tuesday April 30, 2024.
