Linda Parkhill Moyers

Linda Parkhill Moyers, 60 of Huntsville, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. Linda was born in Jacksonville, Florida on July 14, 1961. Linda fought a brave fight against breast cancer and was cancer free for seven years. She didn't get the chance to fight the sudden return of a fast spreading cancer.

Left to cherish Linda’s memory are her loving husband of 42 years, Vincent Moyers; sister, Tina Parkhill; brother, Russell Parkhill; aunt, Gene Blythe and many cousins and in-laws.

Linda was a woman who was dedicated and devoted to her faith. She was sympathetic and able to empathize with others and she used these qualities to the fullest while working tirelessly for her beliefs. Linda had an ever-present concern for others and dedicated herself to helping those in need.

Linda enjoyed gardening and yard work. Linda was a lover of animals and cherished her pets. Her family was rounded out by many cats and dogs. Linda was a beautiful, kind person. She was a dynamic, self-expressive person who was forever looking to celebrate the endless possibilities life had to offer. She had a knack for being clever, creative and witty, and for others, was a joy to be around. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 11:00am until 1:00pm at Valhalla Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens in the Garden of Crosses. Please leave fond memories and condolences for the entire Moyers family at www.valhallafunerals.com.
