Mr.Smith died on August 13th.
He was preceded in death by his wife Joan Henson Smith.
Kenneth is survived by his daughter Twalla Foster (Richard), his 3 grandchildren, Candice Weeks (Chris), Caycee Foster and Mason Foster (Meagan), as well as seven great grandchildren. He came from a big loving family with 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
Kenneth graduated from Hazel Green High School and spent four years in the Navy where he served on the USS Perkins and is a Veteran of the Korean War.
He was employed with Thiokol for 39 years and was an active member of the Toney United Methodist Church.
Visitation for Kenneth will be held Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama 35811. Following the visitation will be a Celebration of Life service with Military Honors at 2:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home Chapel, 698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, Alabama 35811.
