John Joseph Gerard Waters

Johnathan and Sarah Waters, and cherished grandfather of Aiden Zimmer. Mr. Waters was a devoted brother to Kathy Faia, Philip, Teri, Christine, and Mark Waters. He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Ella Waters, his wife Stephanie, his son

Shane, his brother Steve, and his sister Jeanne. He will also be fondly remembered by Jesse King whom he treated like a son and by his many friends including his best friend Patricia Cullop.

Mr. Waters was the proud owner of Waters Floors, a successful flooring business where his creativity and talent shone particularly in hardwood flooring and designs. He was a skilled craftsman who took great pride in his work. Outside of his career, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, bird watching, football, watching

westerns, spending time with loved ones, gardening, and cooking.

A man of faith, Mr. Waters worshipped at Saint Ignatius of Loyola. He will be remembered for his passion for the outdoors, his culinary skills, and his green thumb that brought life to many plants and trees.

A Burial Service honoring Mr. Waters will be held at Valhalla Funeral Home and Memory Gardens in Huntsville, Alabama with a Memorial Mass to be held in Maryland shortly afterward. He leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
