Parker is survived by his wife of 10 years, Malisa Ann Carnohan; his three sons, Mason Carnohan, Tucker Cordell Moberg, Wyatt Smith and his beloved puppy, Maggie Mae aka Nuggie. He leaves behind his loving mother, Patti Heard and his maternal grandparents, Cove Wright and Barbara Hager; two uncles, Bill (Valerie) Carnohan, Steve (Karen) Carnohan. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William and Barbara Carnohan.
Parker was a lifelong member of First Presbyterian Church of Huntington, WV. He was an avid pool player and was a member of North Alabama APA & BCA. He will be missed by his pool league family. Parker was also a diehard Alabama Football fan.
