Gordon "Buddy" Ward

"Buddy" was born April 14, 1943 in Bessemer, Alabama to Ruby Chestnut Moore and Francis Leon Ward.

"Buddy" is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Norma Ward; sons, Gregory Lewis Ward and Michael Leon Ward; brothers, Stanley Ward, and Luther Ward; sisters, Sheri Gullatt and Mary Frances Jones; and special granddaughter Nikkie Edgil.

"Buddy" was preceded in death by; father Francis Leon Ward; mother Ruby Chestnut Moore; brother John Ward.

A visitation for "Buddy" will be held Monday, December 16, 2019 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Valhalla Funeral Home, 698 Winchester Rd Ne, Huntsville, Alabama. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with burial to follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
