BARBARA D. CARTER February 28, 1939 – November 24, 2016 Barbara D. Carter, 77, passed away peacefully Thursday night, surrounded by her loving family. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred Lancaster DeGalleford; her daughter, Kelley Carter Wiseman; and son-in-law Steven James Wiseman. Left to cherish her precious memory is her loving husband of 55 years, Aaron Carter; two daughters, Jolie Cowan (Greg) of Athens and Traci Stone (David) of Lacey’s Spring, AL; two grandchildren, Ian Stone and Chance Stone; and other relatives and friends.
