Betsy Ann Rosen, 63 of Columbia City and formerly of Huntington, passed away on Thursday evening, February 18, 2021 at her daughter’s residence in Huntington. Betsy was owner and operator of the Wells Street Variety Store and then Timeless Treasurez for over 7 years. She was a 1975 graduate of Marion High school and had attended Manchester College. Betsy enjoyed gardening and collecting. She loved her family and animals. She enjoyed puzzles and knitting and was the most “Selfless” person you could meet.
She was born on August 6, 1957 in Huntington a daughter of the late Mark and Phyllis Moore Kline.
She was united in marriage to Edward J. Rosen on December 14, 1999 in Fort Wayne. Her husband survives.
Additional survivors include – two sons: Aaron Voght of Fort Wayne and A.J. (Renee) Voght of Huntington; a daughter: Amy (Chad) Cain of Huntington; Nine grandchildren and one great grandson; two sisters and one brother.
Betsy was preceded in death by a grandson, two brothers, a nephew and her birth Mother.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, Indiana. Funeral services to follow the visitation at 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home. We will be following the CDC’s and Indiana’s guidelines for Masks, Social Distancing and Social Gathering Limits.
Private family interment will take place at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
