James Fillmore Fox Jr.

James F. Fox, Jr. of Feasterville died on Saturday March 19, 2016 at his residence. He was 69 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of late James F. and Frances C. Bates Fox. James was a resident of Churchville and Feasterville for the last 50 years and had previously lived in Philadelphia.

Mr. Fox was a carpenter and general contractor. He was the owner of Fox General Contracting for 40 years. He had previously worked for Hyman Korman Inc. and Giglitti Corp. James had been a member of the Carpenter’s Local 1462 in Philadelphia.

James was very family oriented and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness Kingdom Hall in Huntingdon Valley.

James was beloved husband of Jacqueline Bell Fox for 50 years. He was the devoted father of Daniel Fox (Tami), Jeffrey Fox (Deborah), Stephanie Fox (Robert Reinhart) all of Feasterville, and the late Jennifer Lynn Fox. He was the loving grandfather of Jake, Daulton, Beau, Kodi, Danny, Summer, Autumn, Ethan, Olivia, and Brian. He is survived by his sister Linda Oetzel (Bruce).

Relatives and friends are invited to call from 2:30 to 2:30 PM on Saturday, March 26th at the Lamb Funeral Home, 101 Byberry Road, Huntingdon Valley. His Memorial Service will follow at 3:30 PM.
