Victor Kent Williams was the last of eight children born to the late Dorothy (Peet) and Clarence Arthur Williams, Sr. on June 15, 1963, in Houston, TX. He grew up in Studewood and graduated from John H. Reagan High School, class of 1981. It was at Reagan that Victor met Michele Strambler. They united in holy matrimony (1986-1988) and to this union, a daughter, Chanel Nicole was born.
Victor enlisted in the United States Army in June 1984. He served his country as a Specialist Fourth Class and was honorably discharged on April 18, 1988.
Mr. Williams attended many churches in his younger years, including Damascus Baptist Church and Community of Faith, before finding his forever church home, Harvest Time Church. Victor loved the Lord. He served as a Deacon and devoted most of his adult life spreading the word of Jesus Christ.
Victor wed Cassandra Millhouse (1994). He was blessed with two stepchildren, Ashley and Cortney and one year later a daughter, Britianna Williams.
Victor worked as a mechanic and was a jack of all trades for over 30 years.
Known by many names, Victor, Vic, Kenty, Dad, Daddy, Papa, will be greatly missed by all. His infectious smile, comedic personality, family devotion and love for life made Victor a joyful and unforgettable person to be around.
In the early morning hours of Christmas Eve, Victor was called to his heavenly home as his work was completed on this earth.
Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Clarence Williams, Sr; his brothers, Dean Williams and Dana Williams.
Victor is survived by his daughters, Chanel Bruce (Carl), and Britianna Williams; his stepchildren, Ashley and Cortney, his grandson, Jonathan; his sisters, Cathy, Karen (Charles) , Debra (Samuel) ; his brothers, Clarence Williams (Robin), Robert Williams; a host of nieces; nephews; and countless friends.
