Juanita worked at the Weingarten Grocery Store as a Produce Manager, which is where she met the love of her life, Francisco Perez. During one of his deliveries to the produce department, Francisco had noticed a beautiful young woman and in that instant thought to himself, “I’m going to marry that girl.” It was the beginning of his lifelong love for Juanita.
Juanita was preceded in passing by her son, Gilbert Perez, and grandson, Steven Anthony Garcia. She is survived by her loving husband, Francisco Perez; children, Sam Martinez and spouse Ruby (deceased), Maryjane Vasquez, Jesse Perez and spouse Judy Perez, Carmen Bernal and spouse Paul Bernal, Linda Garcia and spouse Fred Garcia, Pete Moreno, Crystal Moreno, Nicole Zavala and spouse Sergio Zavala; along with many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Juanita was a faithful Christian, a devoted wife, and a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Juanita will be dearly missed!
