Dwight Tyrone Williams II left us unexpectedly on October 7, 2024. Dwight, a beloved father, son, brother, friend, and member of our community, was 40 years old.
Born on 06/27/1984 to Dwight Tyrone Williams Sr. and Wynnona A. Turner and raised in a loving family as the youngest of three siblings. Upon the union of Dwight Sr’s current marriage to Sandra Williams, Dwight gained three additional siblings whom he loved dearly. His only son Darreon J Williams carries on his legacy. Dwight graduated from C.E.King High School where he enjoyed many wins as a talented football player. He was passionate about family, friends, football and video games. He was known for his infectious laughter, warm spirit, and unwavering kindness. Throughout his life, he forged deep connections with those around him, leaving a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Despite facing numerous challenges, including periods of homelessness, Dwight maintained a remarkable resilience and a strong sense of family. His ability to find joy in simple moments and his generosity of spirit inspired many. He often shared his wisdom and humor with others, offering a listening ear and a comforting presence.
Dwight was preceded in death by his mother, Wynnona A. Turner and his twin sister Jettia J Williams. He was survived by his father Dwight T Williams Sr. (Sandra); his stepfather Rodney G. Turner; his son Darreon J Williams and his five siblings, who cherished him deeply and will forever hold his memory close to their hearts: Shundalin (Arnie); Dekieshea (Stephen); Steven; Robyn and Felicia. He is also mourned by a wide circle of friends and community members who loved him for his authenticity and the light he brought into their lives.

Dwight Tyrone Williams II may have faced challenges in life, but he also brought love and hope to many. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
