He was preceded in death by his wife, Dian Smith; parents, Temple Robert Smith and Faye Lavonia Van Natta; numerous brothers and sister.
He is survived by his son, Clark TempIe Smith and wife Amber; grandson, Lance Temple Smith and wife Kara; granddaughters Dharma Alayne and Zoe Starla Smith; extended family member, Lunell Ballenger; numerous nieces, nephew and many friends.
Visitation will be Monday, April 17, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Calvary Hill Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
