Brad graduated from North Allegheny High School in Wexford, Pennsylvania, and received a scholarship to Penn State where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in 1971. He served in the US Army as an intelligence analyst following graduation. While working in Pittsburgh, he earned an MBA from Pitt. He became a CPA a few years later as he chose to work in corporate financial functions. Most recently, he worked for AIG in Houston, Texas until cancer forced him to retire. Brad's family would like to request that instead of flowers, donations be made to the American Cancer Society in his honor.
