John Quinonez was born July 1st, 1951 to Manuel and Celia Quiñones in Hanford California. He was the 6th child out of 10. John was a very social person. He always made everyone and anyone feel welcomed at his home. He enjoyed hanging out in his back yard listening to some oldies or some Mexican music while having a cold Coors light with a cigarette, especially after cutting and trimming the lawn. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping very much with all his family, he always looked forward for that camping trip every summer!
He met his first wife Ramona Quinonez, and married her in 1969. He had two sons with her, Joseph John Quinonez and John Quinonez Jr. They also helped in raising their niece Sally Quinonez Lara during their marriage. Their marriage took a different path and both decided to part ways in divorce.
John also met Alicia Andrade and had his second son by the name of Manuel Andrade.
In 1994 John fell in love and married Silvia Quinonez and gained a daughter Anaika. He loved her so much just like his own. Anaika entered the gates of heaven November 7th, 2017 leaving John and Silvia with 2 beautiful handsome young grandsons by the names of Cillian Jax Backs and Noah Michael Aidan Stiles. John and Silvia loved each other so much that I truly admired the love they shared between them. They did have their ups and downs just like any marriage does but they always seemed to work it out one way or another. Silvia remembers he loved to go to the bar with his friends and play pool for hours with them. He also loved spending time with his favorite cousin Estela, she was like a sister, her family was very special to him.
John is survived by his wife Silvia Quinonez, their 2 grandsons Cillian and Noah, his first born son Joseph John Quinonez with his wife Rosalva Quinonez and their two daughters Madeline and Izabella Quinonez, his second born son Manuel Andrade with his wife Vilma Andrade and their 3 children Amanda, Rosalinda, and Dominic Andrade as well as a great grandson by the name of Shawn Angelberto Avalos III and his third born son John Quinonez Jr.
John we will miss you dearly but are truly thankful for all the memories you left us. You were a Son, a Brother, a Cousin, a Nephew, a Husband, a father in law and a true friend to many people that had the honor of knowing you, but i think the best role you had was being an amazing funny, loving, caring, and sometimes naughty grandfather! They say that grandparents share a special kind of love with their grandchildren and you surely showed that to my children and I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. As your son Manuel would say until we meet again Ol Timer.
Love always your daughter in law
