Her husband of 67 years Luis Padilla waiting patiently for her along with son Louie Padilla grandsons Luisito Padilla and baby Sal parents Juan and Balbina Mejia .Elba was born in Sweetwater, Texas along with 13 brother and sisters who earned their Angel wings prior to her arriving in Heaven. Elba was a homemaker most of her life. She loved to cook for others Danced like crazy she taught her children grandchildren to dance and she loved to gamble. But most of all her love for Jesus was so amazing . Mom and Dad got Baptized on the same day. Mom along with our Dad taught us that family comes 1St in our lives taught us to love one and another to stay close to one another no matter what. Elba will be missed by her Daughter Martha Palamino (Jose) Alice Villasenor (Arturo) Johnny Padilla (Kim)her 10 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren 11 great great grandchildren. Sister in-law Lupe Mendez Jessie Padilla brother in-law Benny Hernandez.

A visitation for Elba will be held Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lakewood Funeral Home - Riverside Chapel, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326. A funeral service will occur Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326. A visitation will occur Friday, October 6, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 900 Santa Fe Ave, Hughson, CA 95326. A graveside service will occur Friday, October 6, 2023 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM at Ceres Memorial Park, 1801 E. Whitmore Ave., Ceres, CA 95307.
