Yolanda Williams

Yolanda was born October 22, 1953, in Fort Worth , Texas to Frank and Nora Hernandez .

She is predeceased by her fathers ,Frank Hernandez and Roy Sparks; mother,Nora Sparks and husband ,Robert Williams Sr..

Yolanda was a devoted wife, loyal sister, wonderful mother, loving grandmother, and dependable friend. She carried many important names, from Yolanda (Yo-Yo) to Mom to Granny, and exceedingly fulfilled her several roles throughout her time here.

She took great appreciation in the little things in life and never fell short in sharing her gracious attitude with those around her. She was renowned for her fun-loving and compassionate spirit because everywhere she went, she had a good time and made sure everyone else did, too.

When she wasn’t with family and friends, you were sure to find Yolanda at work with her beloved coworkers and customers.

Yolanda is survived by her husband, James Bryan; brother, Wayne Wleczyk and wife Dalia; sister in law Gaile Bryan and Chris Davis; three children, Kimberly Lanette Willbern and her husband Tadd , Tracy Rae Williams, and Robert Williams Jr.; nine grandchildren, Joshua Williams and wife Jade, Brian Michalak Jr., David Michalak II and wife Danielle , Robert Williams III and wife Selena, Kaitlyn Willbern, Morgan Willbern, Brianna Adomali, Gregory Williams, and Wyatt Williams; and great-granddaughter, Treyclynn Williams. She also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will miss her deeply.

A visitation for Yolanda will be held Sunday, August 15, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.

A funeral service will occur Monday, August 16, 2021 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, with a committal service to follow from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Brookside Memorial Park, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.”
