Bill was born at Jefferson Davis hospital December 9, 1955 in Houston, TX. Bill and his family moved to Elmira, NY where he attended Elmira Free Academy. He graduated with the class of 1975. Bill started work in the construction field at the age of 13 and continued working in all areas of industry for the next 53 years. He was a commercial superintendent and the guy people called when a job needed to get done.
Bill loved motorcycles but had a special fondness for his Harley. He loved riding across the country with his biker crew and shared many adventures with them over his life. He participated in charity rides across several states and helped countless people over his many years of community service.
Bill enjoyed watching movies, classic cars, working on his boat, but most of all spending time with his family and friends. He adored and spoiled his daughters. The best gift you could give Bill was your time. That was what he loved and appreciated the most. During the last year of his life, he enjoyed working on the restoration of his beloved 1967 Mercury Cougar with his family. Although he was unable to finish it, his family intends to continue the restoration and make his dream a reality.
