Sherryl Lynn Venson

Sherryl Lynn (Rogers) Venson, was born in Lufkin, TX. on February, 4, 1966 to the Late Earnest Rogers and James (Frankie) Rogers Phillips. Sherryl is unitting in death with her son, Albert Curtis Venson IV. At the age of three the family moved to Houston, TX. in 1969. Sherryl went to Key Middle School and graduated from Kashmere High School in 1984. Sherryl worked at McDonald’s at an early age. Sherryl married Albert Curtis Venson III in 1988.

Sherryl worked at Heights Hospital 1989-1994, Spring Branch M. Center 1994 - 2010, Methodist Willowbrook 2010 - 2015, Cypress Fairbank M. Center 2015 - 2019, and Kingwood Medical Center 2019 - 2022 as a Monitor Tech for over 33 years. Sherryl had a relationship with God and her faith grew.

Sherryl loved bowling, shopping, traveling and going on cruises. She has an amazing heart and loved helping others. Sherryl was a good hard working woman. She loved all of her family.

Sherryl leaves behind (husband) Albert Curtis Venson III, (Mother) James F. Phillips, (Mother in Law) Mary Johnson, one daughter, Gabrielle Venson, (Sister) Sonia Rogers, (Stepsister) Jacqueline Phillips, (Godbrother) Donald Ray Rogers, (Sister in Laws) Rose Vinson, and Libra McGinnis, (Brother in Laws) Raymond Vinson, and Kenneth (Lisa) Vinson, Five grandchildren, Q’wanell Venson, Cam’reyon Venson, Saniyah Turner, Jayinah Alexander, and Karmyn Venson. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other loving relatives, bonus family and friends.
