Sandra Jeannie Cook, 48, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, November 9, 2019. She was born in New Orleans on May 11, 1971 to Lee and Barbara Napier. She was raised in Houston, Texas and moved to Kerrville, Texas nearly 15 years ago.
While short in stature, Jeannie was big in everything else! Her love for her family was endless and she loved huge gatherings with loved ones. Her heart was big, and her presence was even bigger! She lived a full life and enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her numerous nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her loving husband, James Cook, her one-true love. They married on April 27, 1996 in Houston, Texas. She is also survived by her sisters, Shirley [Billy] Rutledge and Susan [Manuel] Rivera of Houston and brother David Napier of Plantersville; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by parents and sister, Elena Harper.
