He was preceded in death by his wife of 72 years, Viola Stehle Jaster, his parents Gus and Selma Jaster, and three sisters and one brother. Survived by his children, Jeanette Ramin and husband George, Robert W. Jaster, and Nancy Grube and her husband John; grandchildren Fred Ramin and wife Rosi, Scott Ramin, Tami Griess and husband Rob, Amy Jaster, Cody Jaster, Derek Jaster and wife Amanda, Ryan Jaster and wife Maranda, and Johnny Grube; Great Grandchildren: Gaby Jaster, Cooper Griess and Nikolas Ramin.
Visitation will be held at 9:00 am, Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, with graveside service to follow at 10:00 am at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
