Retired Chief Petty Officer Phil M. Rowe, age 97, with ship bells ringing he went to be with the Lord on November 19, 2021. He was Born on January 10, 1924, in Chicago, Illinois to parents Orville and Alice Rowe. He was a member of Kane Masonic Lodge No 183, Elkhart, Indiana and Fleet Reserve Association. Phil was proceeded in death by his parents, sisters, brother, wife, and daughter. He is survived by his three children, Mary Sue (Barry) McCarthy, Dave (Trudy) Rowe, and Sandy (Robert) Wawarosky, seven Grandchildren and nine Great Grandchildren.

A visitation for Phil will be held Tuesday, November 30, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, TX 77039.

A graveside service will occur Wednesday, December 1, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, TX 77038.
