Pedro Garcia Rodriguez, born on June 23, 1939, passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 85. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, whose presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Pedro was the cherished husband of Delia and a proud father to his eight children: Michael (Esmeralda), Patsy (Gilbert), Mark, Lucinda (Mark), Richard, John, Pete Jr., and Barbara and his sister Emma Robles (Albert). He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion through his children and their families. He was also a grandfather to 16 grandchildren and a great-grandfather to 15 great-grandchildren, all of whom he adored and supported with boundless love, wisdom, and encouragement.
Pedro is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Hilaria, and his siblings Aristeo, Juan, and Josefina.
Pedro Garcia Rodriguez’s life was one of love, service, and devotion. He will be forever remembered, and his family finds comfort in knowing that he is now at peace, reunited with loved ones who have passed before him.
A memorial service for Pedro will be held Friday, March 7, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Chapel of Angels at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
