Patricia Torres Martinez

Patricia loved the Lord with all her heart and all her might. She was married for 39 years to Abel Martinez and together they were blessed with a daughter, Melissa Martinez. Later, Patricia was also blessed with a son-in-law, Alfredo Granados Jr., and three grandchildren, Keith Granados, Alfredo Granados III, and Caitlyn Pristine Granados.

Patricia is survived by her loving husband, Abel Martinez; her daughter, Melissa M. Granados, and son-in-law, Alfredo Granados Jr.; her grandchildren, Keith Granados, Alfredo Granados III, and Caitlyn Pristine Granados; her brother, Albert Torres (Mary Torres), and their children Rosie and Albert Jr.; her sister, Mary Mata (Edward Mata+), and their children Sara, Sophia, and Edward Jr.; her brother, Johnny Torres, and his children June, MaryAlice, and Johnny Jr.; her brother, Anrique Torres, and his children Rick, Ricky, Andrew, Manuela, Yvonne, Arlene, and Michelle; her sister, Alice Torres, and her children Lisa and April; the children of Raul Torres, Roy, Mable, Alex, and Cynthia; her sister, Angie Vidaurri (Joe Vidaurri), and their children Anthony, Michael, Angel, Manuel, Fabian, Diana, and Joann; her brother, Selestino Torres Jr., and his children Selestino III, Jesse, Adrian, Christina, Erica, Jessica, Gracie, Maryann, Stacy, and Emily; her brother, Martin Torres, and his daughter Ashley; and her niece Bianca and nephews Steven and Adam, children of Estella Vidaurri.

Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Selestino Torres Sr.; her mother, Mary F. Torres; her brothers Raul Torres and Angel David Torres; her sister Estella Vidaurri; her niece Becky Ann Vidaurri; her nephew Daniel Mata; and her niece Debbie Torres.

The family will hold a private memorial service to celebrate Patricia's life and honor her memory. She is deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her soul is at rest and she is with the one she Loved the most, her Heavenly Father, Jesus.

A funeral service will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Inspire Church, 11727 East Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX 77044. A committal service for Patricia will follow on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
