In the early afternoon hours of March 20, 2018 Ms. Patricia Ann Polk Robinson was called home. She was born on August 9, 1953 to Cleveland and Maggie Polk, whom have passed on. Patricia attended Lamar Consolidated High School in Rosenberg, Texas and resided in Richmond, Texas and then settled in Houston. While in Richmond she discovered Jesus Christ and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior. Patricia worked for many years at Richmond State School and then The Center Serving Persons with Mental Retardation. Patricia is survived by her longtime partner, Roland Chery, one daughter: Maggie Chery, two sons: Kevin Robinson and Marcus Chery. One daughter-in-law: Carla Robinson and three grandchildren: Cameron Robinson, Dajaniece Guidry and Kayla Robinson. She leaves behind a host of relatives and friends who loved her. Proceeded her in death; two sisters: Annie Mae Williams and Cleveland “Louise” Grays and two brothers: James Polk and William “Cat” Polk.
