She is a Native Houstonian and attended Houston schools until her junior year when she moved to French Lick, Indiana. She graduated from Springs Valley High School in French lick, Indiana and attended Purdue University in Indiana. She retired after 27 years at the Harris County Sheriff’s Department. She became a volunteer for the Harris County Precinct 2 Senior Program and Volunteer and member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 472. She was a member of the Mexican American Sheriff's Organization. Her number one priority was taking care of family and friends first. She loved volunteering, senior trips, visiting farmers markets, traveling, crafts and baking. Her most favorite TV show was Yellowstone and Rudy better not interrupt her. Pam was the most wonderful, unselfish and thoughtful human being God put on this earth and would always put others before herself. She was very independent, a master at organizational skills and had the most brilliant mind. Ms. Pam as she was affectionately called, was a loyal friend and would stop what she was doing to do anything for you. Pam could make you laugh when you were blue, make you smile when you were sad, and bring you up when you were down. Her positive energy was contagious, and she will truly be missed especially by her loving husband Rudy. Sweet angel, rest in peace and our memories of you will always live in our hearts forever.
Pam is preceded in death by her father, Raul Perez, mother, Lola Emmajean Montgomery Perez , brother, David Perez Juarez. Pam is survived by her husband of 31 years, Rudy Flores, Jr., daughters, Kimberly Flores, and Kristin Colley, son, Eric Flores, Granddaughter, Madelyn Colley, sisters, Sandra Juarez, Lynn Crisp, and Eva Byington.
