Tinh Van Nguyen, 88, of Houston, Texas passed away on November 3, 2020 surrounded by his family. He was born in Manh Son, Nghe An, Vietnam on January 3, 1932 to Mr. Nguyen Van Sach and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Xuyen. He was the second youngest of five siblings--Lien, Ai, Ngai, Tinh, and Trang.
