Nancy Moise was born in Orangeburg, South Carolina to Mary Helen Wicks Hutson and Lucious Arthur Hutson on June 25, 1929. She attended the University of South Carolina and upon graduation she entered the University of Michigan School of Law for 2 years. She married Leonard Douglas Moise on August 19, 1953 in Houston, Texas. She worked as a cattle rancher for 20 years. She was a member of the Second Baptist Church on Voss Road.
Nancy is preceded in death by her husband Leonard Moise, her brothers L.A, George, and Wendell and sisters Helen and Barbara).
Nancy is survived by her children N. Sydney, Claudia, Alicia, and Leonard Douglas Moise, her sister Camille Dunn, brother Rodney Hutson and seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be 9:00 AM on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Arrangements are by Memorial Oaks Funeral Home.
