Mr. Robert Earl Givens Jr.

Robert Earl Givens Jr. was born on September 22, 1988 in Houston, Texas to Robert Earl Givens Sr. and Betty Morgan.  Robert Earl Givens Jr. attended schools in the Houston Independent School District.  He later acquired his GED.  He was known to his family and friends as “Lil Robert”.  He was a lover of life!  He loved sports and was a stellar athlete.  He played for the community team as a young boy “The Brewster Park Bulldogs”.  Many onlookers enjoyed seeing him do what he loved to do on the field.  Picture him rolling on his Silver Huffy, like Debo from Friday. Lil Robert loved his family and friends. He was willing to do whatever it took to see a smile on their faces, which he often put himself last. He had a Heart of Gold and a Smile that could light up a room. He loved to dance and didn’t mind showing this talent no matter where he was. Lil Robert is preceded in his death by his Father, Robert Earl Givens Sr., Grandfather, Alfred Givens Jr., Grandmother Ms. Cora Stacy.  Cherishing his memory is Mother, Betty Morgan; Step Father, Joseph Human; Sister, Tameka Givens; Brother, Rodney Givens; Step Sister, Kajuana Miller, Step Brother, Kendrick Holmes; Grandmother, Ollie Louise Givens; Nieces, Ahmaya Jenkins & Amberly Jewel McKenzie; Nephew, LaNorris Ashton Jenkins; Aunts, Hattie Settles, Demaris Anthony (Robert), Anita Givens & Virginia Givens; Cousins, LaTasha Anthony (Kenneth), Robert Anthony, Jennifer Gongora, Joseph Gongora, David Gongora, Amos Littles, Pauline Littles (Alex). He also leaves a host of cousins, relatives and close friends.
