Monico Cortez III

Monico graduated from Spring High School and received an Associate’s Degree from Lone Star College. Monico worked in Oil & Gas Industry at Linde Co. for 4 years.

Monico was a talented Tejano Musician. Music was his passion; he played many instruments and loved performing on stage with his family. His happy place was spending time with his siblings and looking forward to family gatherings. He also loved to fish and play golf. Monico offered the world his unconditional love, smiled throughout his 24 years, bringing joy and happiness to his family and everyone he touched. Monico will always be remembered forever and ever in our hearts.

Monico is survived by his mother; Siomara Rodriguez, Step father; Tim Rodriguez, father; Monico Cortez Jr., step mother; Valerie Cortez, two sisters; Chelsy Cortez and Bryana Rodriguez, three brothers; Tim Rodriguez Jr., Christopher Cortez, and Jayce Cortez, grandparents; Maria Martinez and Guillermo Barboza, Belia And Monico Cortez Sr., and Frances and Daniel Hernandez.
