On October 27, 1989, Miguel married Maria Angelica Vanega, she survives. Also surviving are their children, Silvia Benavides, Julio Bernal and Miguel Bernal, grandchildren, Julio Bernal Jr., Helen Bernal, Armando Bernal, Natalia Bernal, German Benavides and Michael Benavides. Miguel’s siblings, Rogelio, Rosalina, Teresa and Beatrize and great grandchildren, Julio Ivan and Camila and his dog Rocky also survive him.
Miguel worked in the HVAC industry as a technician and enjoyed soccer.
A Visitation will take place from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Rd., Houston TX.
Funeral Services for Miguel will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home, followed by a Committal Service at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery.
A reception will take place in the Event Room of the funeral home following the Committal Service from 12:00-2:00 p.m.
