May Lou Smith, 75, passed away on November 21, 2013, in Houston, Tx. She is survived by her husband, Donald Smith; daughters, Barbara DeLorge and Kammie Shay; and sons, Louis Lamar Butler Jr, and Robert Butler; as well as step-sons, Robert Gene Smith, David Smith, and Donnie Smith. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at American Heritage Funeral Home, A funeral service will be held on Friday, Novemeber 29, 2013 at the funeral home followed by interment at the Houston National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Vitas Hospice. Donations may be left at the funeral home, which will then be delivered to the facility.
