Mary Lou Clarke

April 16, 1931 – July 31,2011

Mary Lou Clarke died at age 80 after a series of illnesses.

Mary Lou was a loving mother and wife. She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, William A. Clarke , who died in 1991. She is survived by her eight children, 20 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren, as well as sons and daughters in law.

Born in Irving, New Jersey, Mary Lou spent the last 46 years in Houston. Mary Lou was a registered nurse who was passionate about patient care. She worked at Memorial Hermann Southwest Medical Center until her retirement.

Mary Lou was an active member of St. Francis De Sales Parish in Sharpstown until she entered Concierge nursing home 2 years ago due to health issues.

Our sadness at her loss is tempered by our faith that she is now at rest with Our Eternal Father. Please join us in celebrating her life and remembering her spirit.
