Mary Lynn Butler

Mary Lynn Butler passed from this earth, to her heavenly reward, on July 17, 2015. She was born on November 1, 1929, and was 85 years old. She was the wife of George T. Butler III and the mother of two sons, Mark Randall Butler, of Friendswood TX. and Dean Russell Butler of Carrollton, TX. She was the grandmother of Blake George Butler, also of Carrollton, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Ellie Coleman of Kosciusko, MS. and her sister, Bobbie Joe Coleman, also of Kosciusko, MS. Mary Lynn is survived by a sister, Lorane Harris, of Fredricksburg, TX. and brother and sister in laws Raymon and Beverly Bollinger of Spring, TX. She also leaves numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends. Mary Lynn was raised in Kosciusko, MS, but spent the majority of her life in the Houston and Friendswood areas. In Houston she attended Westbury Church of Christ. When the family moved to Friendswood she became a member of Clear Lake Church of Christ. Services, for Mary Lynn, will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home at 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, Texas, 77023, on Saturday, July 25, 2015, at 11:00 AM. Mary Lynn and George celebrated 60 years of marriage, on April 29th of this year. She will be remembered, by family and friends, for her sweet sprit and loving heart.
