I will always remember Mary for being truly an amazing, caring, hardworking, reliable, co-worker dedicated to embracing our company’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Service Excellence and building Enduring Relationships. 
I met Mary even before I started while she was working for Bill O’Brien. In Jan 2007, I came in the office to interview with Bill and she was there to receive me with a smile. Who knew this day would lead to almost 17 wonderful years working together in some capacity. Fast forward from that beginning, I would have never imagined that I would have the opportunity to have Mary working directly as my right and left arm. She would only need a few words of instruction for a project. She was so in tune with our needs that she anticipated the rest. 
I will truly miss her for sure. May Mary live forever in our fond happy thoughts of her. I wish her eternal peace and happiness in God’s presence.

I am so very sad to hear of Mary’s passing, she was a very special lady.  I hired Mary as my administrative assistant 20 years ago and immediately celebrated that decision.  She was dedicated meticulous, smart and deeply loyal to all of her teammates.  We all enjoyed her kind spirit, her bright smile and friendly personality.  While she liked staying behind the scenes, her role in leading our properties in 13 + states was extremely impactful.  The list of people who looked to Mary to answer software questions is long… she knew so much!  When I was transferred to New York 7 years ago one of my first thoughts was “How am I going to replace Mary!”.  I missed her then and I miss her deeply now.  I can’t imagine the loss you must be feeling.  Please know that I pray for Mary’s eternal peace with our loving God and that you will somehow find peace as you endure this unwelcomed journey.

My heart goes out to the Buck family.  I was deeply saddened to hear of Mary (Phil) passing.  I worked closely  with Mary for the past couple of years.  She was always a enjoy to be around and know how to make me laugh. We laughed and joke the entire time we were together. That's how the PHIL nickname came about  between us. If I ever called or needed Mary's help, she always helped me or pointed me in the right direction. I  miss hearing hear her laughing as I say "HEY PHIL! Where you been" or  "Hey Phil, How you doing!!" whenever we spoke.  I will miss Mary dearly.  Buck family you all are in my thoughts and prayers

Mary Buck was one of many warm faces that first welcomed me to SCI and i will forever be grateful. She taught me so much about being on Office Manager and alway encouraged me through our gathering as a team. It was truly an honor to work with Ms. Mary as I lovely referred to her as.

I'll forever cherish all the fun times we had, from practically living at your house when our families only lived five minutes away from each other, to all the pool days/nights, patio hang outs, ride road trips with everyone, and our Mother Daughter vacation... we needed more of those. One of my favorite memories is when you picked Brittany and I up after our fifth grade graduation and took us around town. I got my first ever Frappuccino, and when I order one today, always think of that day and the fun we had. Your love, light, humor, and laughter will be dearly missed.
