In memory of Maria, she is one of the kindest, most thoughtful persons I have known.
As a coworker she earned respect of others by being very diligent, hardworking and excellent teammate.
As a friend she continues to be greatly missed.

I didn't work  directly with Maria,  but  working at the call center @HCAD we had to occasionally call other departments, I can honestly say she  was very very nice and helpful, I didn't  know  she was going through this because she was always willing to assist.   Life is too short and sometimes unfair.  May God help the family and loved ones,  give you some comfort through this difficult time. 

Maria was like a sister to me.  I cared and loved her so much. Everyone she met she has left an everlasting impression with her wonderful way of being. She has brought so much joy and happiness to my life. God truly blessed me to have put someone so special like her in my life. She will always have a special place in my heart. I will truly miss her. Now she is one of God's Angels looking over us.

I worked with Maria.  She was such a kind and considerate person.  She genuinely cared about others even with her own difficult journey.  She was a beautiful soul and makes me want to be a better person.  My condolences to the family.

Dejas un gran dolor,  la hermosa prima Cobian mayor solo se nos adelantó,  segura estoy que Dios te tiene a su lado y desde allá velaras por tu hija, tu mamá y hermanas y tu esposo. Mi prima querida nos dejas un dolor inmenso en el alma, un sentir que ya jamás vas a poder saber, viviste un dolor tan grande que solamente tú como una gran fuerza enfrentaste   Estoy segura que Dios ya te permite gozar de su gloria en un lugar dónde no hay dolor, Descansa en paz hermosa, te llevas una parte de cada uno de tu familia que te amamos infinitamente. 

Mary era más que una buena amiga, era como mi hermana. La conocí en en colegio y desde allí nos hicimos amigas. Ya 18 años de amistad y siempre me cuidaba. Compartimos muchos eventos juntas, cumpleaños, graduaciones, bodas, babies ella siempre estuvo allí para todas mis etapas de vida. María una persona fuerte y siempre positiva. La recordaré siempre con mucho amor porque ella siempre dio lo mejor de ella. A la familia que Dios me los bendiga y les de La Paz y fortaleza para superar esta partida de mary. Pero sabemos en Cristo Jesús  la volveremos a ver. No es un adiós si no in asta luego.

Just sending my sincerest condolences to the family. I worked with Maria for a couple of years and I can say without a doubt she was an amazing human being. I recall her inviting me to her daughter's quinceañera and assuring me I would have a great time. As always, Maria was absolutely right. I enjoyed myself immensely, while learning about a culture that differs from my own.  She was remarkable in every sense of the word and will be missed.

No tengo palabras por la tristesa que sentimos, pero tambien se que Mari esta tranquila y en paz muy cerca de Papa Dios. Mari siempre fue muy chevere conmigo y con todos los demas. Una persona muy luchadora y fuerte. Nunca nos olvidaremo de su gran manera que nos trataba a todos, La verdad es que Mari es una de las mejores personas que yo e conocido en my vida.

I was so blessed to work with Maria, she was one of my mentors. She was the sweetest, most considerate person I met. I've been praying for her and will continue praying. Sending Maria's family my deepest condolences. Heaven truly gained an angel.

Maria was an amazing lady and I feel privileged to have known her.  Wishing the Family peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to hold in you'll heart. My prayers and thoughts are with the family.

I am grateful to have known Maria. She was a kind and gentle person .  She will be missed greatly by her family, friends and co-workers. Praying for her family and friends.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. It was a joy to work with Maria  and I will never forget the warmth her smile brought to the office each and every day. She was always so nice to me. Wishing you comfort during this difficult time, and my deepest sympathies.

Maria and I were co-workers for 9+ years.  As I got to know her, and we became friends. She was an inspiration to me and others. She has such a special spirit about her. She was thoughtful, a very hard worker, an excellent teammate, a kind and loving heart, and would do anything she could to help others. Through conversations with her, she LOVED her family and some of the biggest smiles I remember is when she was talking about Amy and her adventures learning to drive and going to college. She is so proud of her. No doubt she will be missed by many!

My deepest condolences to the family. I worked with Maria at HCAD she was friendly and always so happy willing to help and welcome people. Maria and I always shared stories about our daughters since they are the same age. Her daughter was her pride and joy she is no longer suffering Heaven has gained another angel. 

Maria was a beautiful soul and an inspiration to many in the workplace. Known for her dedication and integrity, a division award for one of our core values has been named in her honor. It is now the Maria Garza Integrity award. She will be missed.

Maria was a very friendly, considerate, inspiring, and helpful person.  She always treated people the way she would want to be treated.  I know she loved her family very much. She moved up the ladder here at the appraisal district with her knowledge, skill, and dedication.  We will miss her so much.  I will keep Maria, and her entire family in my prayers. Maria and I would see each other in the hallways of work (HCAD) and would always share a hello and words of the day. She was sweet and possessed a quiet but gentle spirit and a I will remember our times of conversation, I will remember her smile.

I lift up her husband and child (family) may the Lord wrap his loving arms around you during this time of loss seek His face for he is the only one that has and will carry you and order your steps.
