Luisa is survived by; daughter Evangelina Ulloa; daughter Graciela Alvarez; son Joe Herrera; son Valentin Herrera Jr.; son Robert Herrera; and son Frank Gomez; sister Lupe Cantu and brother Estevan Gomez; grandchild Robert Rodriguez, grandchild Esmeralda Rosales-Pebbler, grandchild Jesus Rosales, grandchild Juan Rosales, grandchild Jose Alvarez, grandchild Laura Rodriguez, grandchild Gabriel Alvarez, grandchild Christina Valela, grandchild Robert Herrera Jr., grandchild Mercedes Hightower, grandchild Jenni Ulloa, grandchild Senieda Ulloa, grandchild Summer Ulloa, grandchild Joell Herrera, grandchild Melissa Beyonce, grandchild Lisa Herrera and grandchild Noel Santos.

Luisa was preceded in death by her husband Valentin Herrera Sr.; grandchild Eric Rodriguez.

A visitation for Luisa will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel North, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A rosary will occur Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 5100 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77022. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 501 Tidwell Rd., Houston, TX 77022. A burial will occur Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 11:30 AM. A committal service will occur Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060.

Serving as pallbearers are Juan Rosales, Jose Alvarez, Jesus Rosales, Esteven Guerra, Robert Herrera and Edwardo Guerra.
