Lisa Ann Sanchez

It’s with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved sister Lisa Ann Sanchez to a tragic car accident on Saturday, October 5th, 2024.

Lisa a twin (Charles) was born on March 9, 1974, in Houston, TX to Jesse and Rosie Sanchez.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to everyone. Lisa worked for 16 plus years at Hopper Middle School in CFISD which is the job she loved most of all in life that she held because of the great friends she met along the way.

Lisa is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Rosie Sanchez, brother, Robert Allen Sanchez, and sister-in-law, Angela Sanchez.

She is survived by her sons, Nicholas Matthew Sanchez (Marissa) and Noah Michael Sanchez, her daughter, Maria Del Rosario Sanchez, and her beautiful granddaughter, Alina Noelia Sanchez.

Brothers; Jesse Sanchez Jr. (Ashley ), Charles T. Sanchez (Susie), Gerald Sanchez (Shelley), and Richard A. Sanchez. Sisters; Kathleen Finan, Patrica A. Finan, Roslinda Sanchez (Carlos), Mary T. Ortega (Jorge), and Jennifer R. Salazar (Pedro), and a host of nephews and nieces.

A celebration of the funeral mass at St. Patrick Catholic Church , 4918 Cochran , will be held on Friday , October 18, 2024 at 10 am . Interment will follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery , 13102 North Freeway . Rosary will be recited Thursday , evening at 7pm , at Funeral Del Angel Crespo , 2516 Navigation Blvd . The family will receive visitors at this funeral home after 10 am .

There will also be a memorial lunch that will be served to celebrate Lisa at 3011 Morton Creek Ranch Rd in Katy . Proudly sponsored by our Castillo Family .

Yaya was everyone’s favorite aunt and the life of almost every party through the years . She was a hard working woman that held down two jobs at times to provide for her three children . She didn’t let anything hold her back in life . And her newly born granddaughter Alina was her pride and joy . She will be missed dearly and will remain forever in our hearts.

A visitation for Lisa will be held Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Crespo, 2516 Navigation Blvd, Houston, Texas 77003. A rosary will occur Thursday, October 17, 2024 at 7:00 PM. A committal service will occur Friday, October 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Fwy., Houston, TX. A funeral mass pending will occur at St Patrick Catholic Church, 4918 Cochran St, Houston, Texas 77009.
