Larry LaSalle Bryant

Larry LaSalle Bryant was born in Trinity, Texas November 29, 1937 to LaSalle and Leva Bryant. He moved to Houston as a young child and attended grade school faithfully; continuing on to graduate from Jack Yates High School. This is where he met his high school sweetheart and wife Leola Bryant. Larry joined Holman Street Baptist Church as a child. He served in the choir and as an usher. Later he became a member of the HSBC Temple Troopers. Larry went home to glory, Saturday, November 15, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents LaSalle and Leva Bryant; Sisters Eddie J. Mitchell and Janice (Jan) Franklin. He is survived by his wife Leola Bryant; children, Darrel Reed of Dallas, Texas; DeLynda Hill, of Houston, Texas; Tarrence Bryant of Los Angeles, California and Torri Bryant of Oakland, California; brother Roy Bryant (Judy) of Houston, Texas; a special brother-in-law, Donald Beatty and special aunt, Thelma J. Bryant both of Houston, Texas; nieces, Nicole Bryant, Lisa Smith and Tharon Simon; nephews Ron Franklin and Brien Ferguson; grandchildren, Jeremye Vallot, Darielle Reed, Morgan Palmer, Erykah Carter, Tarrence Bryant Jr. and Tristyn Bryant and a host of great nieces and nephews.
