Kathy Lynn Carter born on August 3, 1956, passed away on November 9, 2012. She is preceded in death by her husband, David Carter and mother, Barbara Dempsey. Kathy leaves to cherish her memories: son, Cody Carter; stepdaughter, Janna Carter Donaldson; father, Joe Dempsey, brother, Kenneth Dempey; along with other loving family and friends.
