Karl Lamont House, 66, of Houston, Texas, entered into rest January 18, 2017. He was born in Toledo, Ohio on October 14, 1950. Karl graduated from Macomber High School. He was married to Virginia House for 41 loving years. Karl had a career in law enforcement with the Houston Police Department. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. He had a passion for history and the old west.
Karl is survived by his wife Virginia House, daughters Karla House and Crystal House, siblings; Dennis House, Edward House, Donna Lawrence, Gary House, Mark House, Tresha House, and Tonja Bouni.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at American Heritage Funeral Home, 10710 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038. A funeral service will be held Monday, January 30, 2017 at 10:00am at St. Ambrose Catholic Church, 4213 Mangum Road, Houston, Texas 77092 with a committal service to follow at Houston National Cemetery.
