Justin Chase Woodard

Born in Dallas, Texas to Nathan and Gwendolyn Sheila Waters Woodard on May 12, 1983. He grew up in Dallas West Church of Christ under the tutelage of Reginald Dulin where he obeyed the gospel at the early age of 7 years old.

His family later relocated to Houston, Texas where he received his formal education in Spring ISD & Cy-Fair ISD where he completed High School in 2001.

While completing his formal years he was a member of Shady Acres Church of Christ under the tutelage of Frank Melton Jr. Justin, he was a member of the youth group, Bible Bowl, and the Director of the youth group. Justin was also a member of the adult chorus.

Justin attended Southwest Christian College, Terrell, Texas 2002, where he completed his Associate's degree in Art. While attending SWCC he was the student Chorus Director. Justin was a part of the Summer tour 2002, and 2003. Upon Completion, he returned to Houston and became a part of The Soul Influence Group for 5 years.

In 2009, Justin reconnected with the love of his life, and walked into a union with God June 24, 2010, during a small intimate ceremony. This union brought forth a bouncing baby boy Jackson Lloyd Woodard on August 16, 2012, exactly 17 years after his Great Grandfather Lloyd Waters passed. Justin and Yvette shared a lifetime of laughs, love and creating memories with each other. During the winter of 2018, they conceived Erin Marie Woodard who also carries the name of her great Grandmother Ernestine Waters and Maternal Great Grandmother Doris Marie Barnum.

Justin received his Bachelor of Arts in Audio Production from Full Sail University, Winter Park Florida in December 2019.

Justin is currently a member of Trinity Garden Church of Christ under the tutelage of Timothy Daniels, where he and his family currently serve the youth choirs, praise, and worship team.

He is preceded in Death by his Paternal Grandparents Nathaniel and Audria Woodard, Maternal Grandparents Lloyd and Ernestine Waters, Great Uncle Harvey Jones Jr., Aunt Linda Murphy and cousin Nadia Jones.

He leaves behind a loving and devoted wife of 13 years, Yvette Woodard, Son; Jackson Lloyd Woodard, Daughter; Erin Marie Woodard, Father; Nathan (Lowania) Woodard, Mother; Gwendolyn Sheila Waters Woodard, Father and Mother in Law; Lawrence (Kathleen) Taylor, Sister; Audria (Byron) McClure, Brother; Justin(Guylindia) Preston, Nephews; Braden McClure, Bruce (BG) McClure and Larry (LJ) Richard, Nieces; Adelyn McClure and A'yesha Walker.
