Jules W. Herman, also known as "H-Man". He passed away peacefully at the age of 87, Friday, December 1, 2017. Jules is survived by his wife, Phyllis, daughter, Julie, four grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son MSgt. Gary A. Herman. A long time Houston resident, Jules was a Department Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue for 25 years. He was a long time fishing enthusiast, a loving father to his family with a quick sense of humor, and always had a joke to lighten their day. He will be greatly missed.
The Funeral Service will be held at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas, on December 12, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
Burial will follow at Houston National VA Cemetery 12:45 PM with U.S. Army flag presentation.
